The pages still do stick out a bit, but since the covers are white it&#39;s not nearly as noticeable. <br /><br />The mere formatting of the anthology took so insanely long to do that we didn&#39;t even start assembling the physical copies until Saturday morning (long after we&#39;d left Toronto, and over 30 hours past when we had seen you).
